INSIDE-CoVE holds its 1st Annual Meeting in Lemgo, Germany

The INSIDE-CoVE Erasmus+ Project consortium successfully concluded its 1st Annual Meeting in Lemgo, Germany, hosted by the TH OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts, bringing together representatives from its 26 partner organisations across six European countries. The meeting marked an important milestone in the project’s first year of implementation, offering a valuable platform for collaboration, strategic planning, and the formation of cross-country partnerships.

Throughout the meeting, partners presented progress across all active and finished Work Packages, while showcasing significant achievements in skills mapping, curriculum development, inclusion and diversity strategies, and, of course, coordination and quality assurance matters. The discussions allowed partners to evaluate the work completed during the first project year, identify shared challenges, and refine the roadmap for 2026, based on collective insights.

The sessions also emphasised the importance of transversal collaboration among Centres of Vocational Excellence throughout Europe and highlighted the role of innovation hubs in supporting green and digital transitions in the construction sector. Partners engaged in interactive workshops and breakout groups, strengthening coordination and collaboration and ensuring that the project remains aligned with market needs, European policy priorities, and the expectations of learners and industry stakeholders.

The Architectural Aluminium Academy, as the coordinator, extends its sincere thanks to the  TH OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts for hosting the 1st Annual Meeting and to all participating partners for their active and constructive contribution. The successful completion of the meeting has set a strong foundation for the project’s next steps, reinforcing joint commitment toward promoting excellence, innovation, and inclusiveness in vocational education for the construction sector.
